THE MONEY PIT!!

As most know we bought this 'NEWLY REMODELED HOUSE' also known as 'THE MONEY PIT', thinking that the house was remodeled from top to bottom except the frame, floor, and chimney. What was not said was that much of the material was recycled or worse, for example deck built so water settles up against the house, or tile put over holes in the floor, so forth. Since we have moved in we have had to replace the driveway, four doors; waiting for one more, nine ceiling fans, two windows, put rubber stuff on the roof, (it rained just as hard inside as it did outside before the family fixed the roof / chimney) deck railings, and that is just what I can think of off the top of my head. We are in the process of replacing the upper deck. Here are a few pictures, we still need to put in the railing.
