Brayden hit the big #3 today and is so excited to be three. He has his day all planned out; we're going to the "park with the duckies" then Uncle Ryan is taking him swimming, the days agenda is then follwed by a trip to BYU's Earth Science Museum to see the dinosaur and the day will be topped off with a trip to Carl's Jr. Yes, this plan was made by Brayden. We're so grateful to have Brayden in our lives. He's our little social bug that loves an adventure. Everyday he wants to know where we're going to do or what friedns we're going to play with. He loves swimming, fires, fishing, basically anything that involves being outside. Brayden is our little drama queen that loves to pretend, act, and say little phrases like, "Mom, hold me in the mirror so I can watch myself cry." He is also a sensitive boy with a truly sweet spirit. He gets so excited when something good happens for other people and he also senses when you're sad and you need a hug. Yesterday when Junior walked in the door with flowers for our anniversary Brayden started jumping up and down and yeling, "Mommy, Daddy brought flowers for you." Opps, ruined that surprise. He's also a great big brother that is always looking out for his brother. The other night I went in to check on the boys before going to bed and found them both in Tavita's crib, intertwined and dead asleep. The next morning I asked Brayden whey he fell was in Tavita's crib and he told me, "Tavita was sad so I played with him and read him stories." Too cute!
